HotAir has the story and it's a doozie. Remember when ObamaCare got passed and over and over and over the American people where told that the fine for not purchasing health care was not a tax. Here's one with Obama talking to George Stephanopoulos

OBAMA: No. That's not true, George. The - for us to say that you've got to take a responsibility to get health insurance is absolutely not a tax increase. What it's saying is, is that we're not going to have other people carrying your burdens for you anymore than the fact that right now everybody in America, just about, has to get auto insurance. Nobody considers that a tax increase.

Obama goes one to ridicule Stephanopoulos when he argues that it is a tax.

The story has change:

When Congress required most Americans to obtain health insurance or pay a penalty, Democrats denied that they were creating a new tax. But in court, the Obama administration and its allies now defend the requirement as an exercise of the government's power to lay and collect taxes.

And that power, they say, is even more sweeping than the federal power to regulate interstate commerce.

Administration officials say the tax argument is a linchpin of their legal case in defense of the health care overhaul and its individual mandate, now being challenged in court by more than 20 states and several private organizations.

It's sort of like screaming that the Arizona law is racist and then when suing, not mentioning a word about racism.

Barack Hussein Obama is constantly telling the American people that in these economic times they must accept shared sacrifice. Let's take a look at "our leader" demonstrating the same as the Maine Morning Sentinel describes the arrival of the Obama family in Maine for their "shared sacrifice" vacation:

Arriving in a small jet before the Obamas was the first dog, Bo, a Portuguese water dog given as a present by the late U.S. Sen Ted Kennedy, D-Mass.; and the president's personal aide Reggie Love, who chatted with Baldacci.

So we have Michelle Obama in the Gulf this week telling Americans they should vacation in the Gulf. The Obama family takes yet another vacation (squeezed in amongst Barack Hussein Obama's many golfing jaunts) flying on Air Force One to their 2 day vacation in Maine while an aide follows on another jet with their dog! Do you see all the shared sacrifice?

I'm guessing that like the rule that the Vice President and President can't travel on the same plane, the President and his dog must travel separately.
