AP Changes English Language
The AP has decided on its own to change the English language, saying that writers should no longer use "illegal" to describe people, regardless of their status in America. Jay Leno reports!

Homeland Security Released over 2,000 Illegals
It was a complete and total lie yesterday when Americans were told "hundreds" of illegals were release due to upcoming sequestration.

It turns out that the Department of Homeland Security has been releasing illegals for several weeks and the numbers are in the thousands, not hundreds - and DHS plans to release thousands more in the next few weeks.

The release has nothing to do with sequestration and everything to do with Owebama's executive order when Congress refused to pass the Dream Act.

Owebama cries about less border patrol agents since sequestration started today - what do we need border patrol for if DHS is going to release everyone these dedicated agents chase down and catch?

This is all payback for not giving Owebama the additional tax increases he demands.

Obama: I'm Not King
Apparently being king means the ability not only to issue executive orders, but executive orders that are more all encompassing. As President, Owebama believes his executive orders can ignore the law for some people who illegally entered this country, but not all.

Yesterday in Las Vegas to make a 1 hour speech that cost American taxpayers $1.6 million just for flight time, Owebama, speaking of an illegal mother of 3 children said that he couldn't issue an executive order allowing all illegals to stay in the USA because he wasn't king.
"Yesterday in your Las Vegas rally I met Leticia. She is an undocumented mother of three. And she and so many other people- ask me to ask you, 'Why can't you do for them what you did for the DREAMers?'" he asked

"Well, I think as- as you know- and I've said this before to you, Jose, but- I'm not a king," Obama replied. "You know, my job as the head of the executive branch ultimately is to carry out the law. And you know, when it comes to enforcement of our immigration laws- weve got some discretion. We can prioritize- what we do. But we can't simply ignore the law."
Now I'd like to have Owebama explain why he thinks he can issue an executive order that ignores the law for approximately 3 million illegal "dreamers" but not for 11 to 22 million illegals.

As Owebama said, it is his duty as President to uphold the law. His executive order didn't say to just prioritize illegal deportations and enforcement - it declared that a certain group of illegals could not be deported.

The truth is, as even Owebama admits, he is not king and he has absolutely no right to issue an executive order that orders ignoring an existing law. Now, if we could just get some lawmakers with enough courage to take him to task for his illegal actions.

Only In Obama's Amerika
The United States of America has gone off a cliff thanks to its current President, Barack Obama. We have an unprecedented amount of people unemployed, the nation itself is at a fiscal cliff and so what does Barack Obama do? partners with Mexico to promote the American Food Stamp Program!
The Mexican government has been working with the United States Department of Agriculture to increase participation in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), or food stamps.

USDA has an agreement with Mexico to promote American food assistance programs, including food stamps, among Mexican Americans, Mexican nationals and migrant communities in America.

"USDA and the government of Mexico have entered into a partnership to help educate eligible Mexican nationals living in the United States about available nutrition assistance," the USDA explains in a brief paragraph on their "Reaching Low-Income Hispanics With Nutrition Assistance" web page. "Mexico will help disseminate this information through its embassy and network of approximately 50 consular offices."
So since when did Mexican nationals, legal or illegal, become eligible for US food stamps? Shouldn't the USA be more concerned about the millions of unemployed Americans losing their homes, living in shelters, tents and cars? Is this Barack Obama working tirelessly for you?

Obama Closing 9 Border Stations in 4 States
Yes, it's alarming! Americans stand for hours in airports suffering human indignities as TSA gropes grandmas and grandpas, the disabled and little children. Yet Obama decides to close 9 border stations between the USA and Mexico. Understand, it's not just Mexicans wanting to work in the USA coming across those border areas. Everyone knows the Mexican border is the most porous and easiest to cross - without closing any border stations!
Critics of the move warn the closures will undercut efforts to intercept drug and human traffickers in well-traveled corridors north of the U.S.-Mexico border. Though the affected stations are scattered throughout northern and central Texas, and three other states, the coverage areas still see plenty of illegal immigrant activity -- one soon-to-be-shuttered station in Amarillo, Texas, is right in the middle of the I-40 corridor; another in Riverside, Calif., is outside Los Angeles.
Congress, the border patrol (those guys on the front lines) and the American people know this is a fool hardy measure. Obama could "save more" by simply canceling his Wednesday night Hollywood galas at the White House. And, of course the American people would be safer for it; but the Owe has an election campaign to run.

Romney Should Answer Questions Obama Won't
The Barack Hussein Obama campaign is running an ad against challenger Mitt Romney saying Romney should answer questions as to whether he would repeal Obama's executive order providing amnesty for over 800,000 illegals.

That's find and dandy. Presidential candidates should answer questions such as this and many others. They should also tell the truth when they answer questions and give speeches.

So how is candidate Obama doing? Did he answer questions even after giving his announcement? Not so much.
Obama declined to take questions in the Rose Garden. Earlier that day, spokesman Jay Carney and Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano had also declined to answer questions.

Since then, the administration has said little about the policy, although Obamas campaign has prominently posted an edited video of Obamas Rose Garden speech on the Latino sections of the campaign website.

The administrations silence was maintained even though GOP legislators said his policy violates the law, disadvantages immigrants waiting in the formal entry process, and also would boost unemployment.
I guess it falls under Executive Privilege

Big Sis Chooses to Ignore the Law
Today the US Supreme Court chose to strike most of the Arizona law that attempted to deal with a state overrun by illegals that the Federal Government can't be bothered to deport. What was really shocking was that the Arizona law mimics the federal law already in existence. How can it be that a state cannot enforce a federal law within its own borders?

Left standing was the requirement that law enforcement ask for documentation if the person stopped for another crime raised any suspicion as to their legal status. What is even more shocking is that the Department of Homeland Security has now announced it will decline to take calls from Arizona reporting illegals! Of course Barack Obama quickly weighs in by saying:
"No American should ever live under a cloud of suspicion just because of what they look like," he said, adding that Arizona police should not enforce the provision in a way that undermines civil rights, according to the Associated Press.
First and foremost, illegals are NOT Americans. They are people who illegally entered the USA and illegally stay here using taxpayer paid resources. Secondly, those here legally have nothing to fear. It's pretty easy to prove your legal right to be in the USA. Non-citizens are required by current federal law to carry papers at all times proving they are legally here. US Citizens have numerous documents which would prove their citizenship. Hence, only those who are in the USA illegally have anything to fear.

Arizona is left with their hands tied as the Obama administration openly refuses to enforce federal law. It's like a huge announcement at the border inviting illegals to openly enter the USA. Obama has broken the sworn oath of every president to protect and defend the United States and its borders.

Selectively Enforcing the Law
Yesterday we discussed Obama's new epiphany that suddenly allowed him to skirt the legislative branch of government and make his own laws concerning illegals residing in the USA.

At a time where Americans are suffering severely from failed economic policies of the Democrats and Mr. Obama, Obama introduces additional competition for jobs and universities, ignoring the US Constitution and the plight of legal Americans in order to pander to the Hispanic and Latino population just before an election. This is deplorable.

US lawmakers have had plenty of time to deal with what many describe as a "broken immigration policy". If by "broken" they mean it doesn't allow illegals to suddenly become legal - then I disagree. If America can handle more immigrants and that's the will of US citizens, then change the law to allow more people to legally immigrate. Do not reward those who broke the law, hoping that once again America would suddenly grant them amnesty. This is unfair to every America citizen required to abide by the law of the land and it's also unfair to every immigrant standing in line wanting to come to the USA.

Those supporting amnesty tug at the heart strings with discussions of the fear in which illegals live, separating families, etc. Those that break the law should live in fear of the law. Families are separated all the time when we send criminals to jail and prison. But do we blame law abiding citizens for separating these families, or do we recognize that someone's unlawful choice harmed their family?

Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano argues
"Our nation's immigration laws must be enforced in a firm and sensible manner," Napolitano said in a statement. "But they are not designed to be blindly enforced without consideration given to the individual circumstances of each case."
All our nations laws should be enforced in a firm and sensible manner with some consideration to individual circumstances. But we don't like the bank robber, who is just trying to support his family because he's unemployed, walk free of the law. Heck, we don't even allow school kids with a knife packed in their lunch pail to escape humiliation and punishment. Do we see Big Sis and Obama pleading these kids causes? Do we see the President ordering that these American children not be prosecuted or be punished?

So why then is this administration suddenly so worried about a group who have illegally received benefits from US taxpayers for years based on their parents' illegal actions?

Iowa Representative Steve King said he will sue the US Government to stop implementation of this policy. He should! It's the right thing to do; and so should every single US representative. Representatives are charged with representing their constituents and not enforcing the immigration law is now in the best interest of any constituent in any state.

Unconstitutional Vote Pandering by Obama
Today President Barack Hussein Obama announced what constitutes to amnesty for what's estimated to be among 800,000 to 2.1 million illegals residing (illegally) in the United States. Obama said that his administration will no longer deport illegals who don't commit crimes, are under age 30 and arrived in the US before they were 16. That's well and fine except every illegal in the United States is just that - illegal and committing a crime every day they stay. I understand their parents brought them here; their parents did them an injustice. These children attend US schools and in many cases receive medical and welfare benefits on the backs of the US taxpayers. US taxpayers cannot afford to feed, cloth and school children brought to the US illegally. Forcing them to do so only encourages more illegals to enter the US with their children.

In addition, since illegals basically live underground to the law, how can children now prove that they meet the standards set by Obama's illegal actions? Who proves that a child has been here since before they turned 16? Who proves the child wasn't here?

For years Obama has contended that he could not grant legal status to illegals without the approval of Congress. Just last year Obama said:
"The fact of the matter is there are laws on the books that I have to enforce. And I think theres been a great disservice done to the cause of getting the Dream Act passed and getting comprehensive immigration passed by perpetrating the notion that somehow, by myself, I can go and do these things. It's just not true," Mr. Obama said last year.
The Senate failed to pass the Dream Act in 2010 which would have granted legal status to certain groups of illegals. Why can Obama suddenly do what he admitted he couldn't do last year? Oh that's right, there's an election in 4 months and Obama's numbers are looking bad.

The Congress, not the President, pass or refuse to pass laws. The President cannot institute laws the Congress did not enact and in this case specifically turned down. President Obama took an oath to uphold the Constitution and defend our borders. His policies on illegals have turned a blind eye to illegals residing in the US, including his aunt and an uncle.

This announcement today is simply a ploy to garner more votes in the November election just as his sudden revelation about gay marriage last month - something he has refused to support in the past.

The Obama administration has taken Arizona to task regarding the state's attempt to deal with their illegal problem and is even suing the state in an attempt to stop them. In addition, FL has been told to stop removing illegals and the dead from their voter registration roles and once again the Obama Administration has sued the state of Florida in an attempt to stop them from cleaning up their voter registrations.

This is a man willing to do whatever it takes to get elected again - regardless of the law and regardless of how it hurts the American people. With unemployment above 8% the last thing the American people need is more people competing for the few jobs available.

As The Hill reports:
"How can the administration justify allowing illegal immigrants to work in the U.S. when millions of Americans are unemployed?" said Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. "President Obama and his administration once again have put partisan politics and illegal immigrants ahead of the rule of law and the American people."

Illegals Cashing In On Additional Child Tax Credit
Illegals are now using the IRS to cash in big by using the Additional Child Tax Credit. Using A 9-digit ITIN number provided to both legal and illegal entrants to the USA, illegals are claiming dependents, many of whom are nieces and nephews and not even living in the USA.
Each spring, at tax preparation offices all across the nation, many illegal immigrants are now eagerly filing tax returns to take advantage of a tax loophole, using their ITIN numbers to get huge refunds from the IRS.

The loophole is called the Additional Child Tax Credit. It's a fully-refundable credit of up to $1000 per child, and it's meant to help working families who have children living at home.

But many undocumented workers are claiming the tax credit for kids who live in Mexico - lots of kids in Mexico.

"We've seen sometimes 10 or 12 dependents, most times nieces and nephews, on these tax forms," the whistleblower said. "The more you put on there, the more you get back."
What a country!
